Fees

  • Payment of your course fee is accepted and access granted to the course on the understanding that you have read and acknowledge that the following Code of Conduct and Terms of Use as set out above apply to your use of the course.
  • Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct when using the course could result in your future use of the course being refused without refund of the course fee.
  • It is an express condition of every person entering the Cross Country Course that he/she agrees, and if he/she is under 18 years of age, his/her parents and/or accompanying adult also agree, that he/she does so at his/her own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding a horse (or pony) on, over or near a Cross Country Course.
