  • Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Park Farm or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither Park Farm nor the agent, employee or representative of Park Farm accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.
  • The course owner does not insure the rider, your horse or your tack and equipment. You are strongly advised to have in place your own adequate personal accident insurance at all times.
  • Neither Park Farm, employee or representative of Park Farm shall be liable in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any loss, damage, costs or expenses of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by you or an indirect or consequential nature including without limitation any economic loss or other loss of turnover, profits, business or goodwill.
